This lovely family home in Mountain Bridge needed a refresh. The homeowners wanted a lighter and younger family-friendly style. The light grey finish of the curved furniture style hood and cabinetry pairs nicely with a fresh clean white backsplash tile. The pot filler is framed with a marble penny tile range detail. Within view of the kitchen is the redesigned fireplace. Shiplap, marble herringbone tile and a new linear fireplace anchor this family room space.

This expansive but dark KITCHEN didn?t need a new layout, just a new color palette. In the MASTER BATHROOM, clients are opting for a freestanding tub in lieu of the tiled deck style tubs of yesteryear.

The LAUNDRY ROOM and the adjacent HALL were fitted with matching cabinetry to increase storage. The adjacent HALL BATH features the same colorful patterned tile on the floor as the laundry backsplash to keep the theme consistent. In the GUEST BATH Stunning linen textured tiles were applied.

Tranquil Spa Master Bath

This gorgeous home nestled at the base of McDowell Mountain suffered a major water leak in the shower. The shape of the new shower was squared off and reconfigured to include an expansive spa bench large enough to recline on. The shower is highlighted with a lighted bottle niche, three separate shower functions, and a wood plank tile ceiling treatment. The main area features large format floor tile, floating vanities with toe light, 4? high mitered vanity countertops, expansive tile backsplashes

Transitional Guest Bath

From builder grade to super trendy! This main level bath features navy painted cabinetry with brushed brass hardware and faucets. The gridscape splash panel steals the show in the shower and is paired with classic subway and retro white mosaic tile.

Transitional Kitchen

A massive leak in the kitchen prompted this renovation. New design features include an on-trend color scheme of blonde rift oak and painted white cabinetry highlighted by matte black and brushed brass metals. The oversized island pendants anchor the gathering space. Contrasting floating shelves flank the hood with matching banding. Glass cabinet doors show off the client?s dishes and glassware. The hard-working but charming farmhouse sink overlooks the pool and patio.

Kitchen Addition/Bathroom

First, we added on to the home and removed a few walls to ?bump out? the Kitchen to create a larger space, big enough for TWO islands.

The new Kitchen was put together with all new cabinetry. The perimeter cabinets are a ?painted silk? cream color with the two islands in a Cherry Autumn stain. The first island includes an under mounted prep sink, while island two has a radius overhang edge for an inviting seating area.

Kitchen Remodel

After removing the old kitchen, we installed brand new custom two toned cabinets! The island features a painted pewter glazed cabinet topped with a Monte Cristo polished granite . The perimeter cabinets are a painted linen ?white? topped with a Carrara Venatino Quartz. The backsplash, tiled to the ceiling, is a glossy griege subway tile with a herringbone inlay above the cooktop. The space is complete with the gorgeous club Grey wood plank tile!

Kitchen Remodel

After removing the soffits, island and old cabinets, we were able to install all new beautiful java shaker style cabinets, a Grey Glazed Brick backsplash in a herringbone pattern and create a new rectangular island where we patched in the existing Aequa Cirrus wood look tile.. The perimeter cabinets are topped with Bianco Montana Granite and the large new island is topped with a beautiful Bianco Romano Supreme Granite.

New shower area created, stand alone tub and replaced the flooring with a 12x24 Luni Bianco Matte porcelain tile. The shower tile includes a 3x6 glossy white subway and a 1x1 Luxe white hex shower floor and soap niche detail all with light grey grout.The fixtures include a wall mount rain head and a hand-held wand on a slider bar. The frosted glass shower enclosure was a must for our client and was part of their vision of their vision for creating this spa like escape.

Kitchen Remodel

We added six Can lights, pendants and a new chandelier for a bright open space. White shaker cabinetry was installed, lowered the peninsula and topped with a beautiful Grigio Nube Quartz. The backsplash gives a pop of color with the Mariners Cove glass mosaic tile. Finally, we completed the space with the BEAUTIFUL 8x32 Sav Wood Tortora porcelain wood look tile throughout the kitchen and living area.

Master Bathroom Remodel

We increased the size of the shower, installed a stand alone tub and a floor mount tub filler. Created a custom niche to the right of the tub with mosaic back-splash, custom glass shelving & can light. Vanity cabinets topped with Alabaster White Quartz where we created a thicker edge profile for a taller vanity and beautiful aesthetic. The shower was put back together with chrome fixtures including a shower wand, seamless glass and vertical smooth white 8x24 tile.

Master Bathroom Remodel

We created a zero threshold walk in shower, Replaced the window with rain glass. The vanity cabinets are a grey shaker style topped with Pegasus Quartz with Waterfall edge. Themar Bianco Lasa series was used for the shower wall tile, Herringbone feature wall, and inside the custom soap niche with a flat pebble for the shower floor. Main area flooring is a skinny wood look Tile. Chrome fixtures such as a flush mounted rain head, shower head/wand, two single hole faucets and vanity lights.

This gorgeous Full Master Bathroom Remodel is now complete in Gilbert, AZ! We removed the tub shower combo and Created a large walk-In shower tiled in all marble with herringbone flooring and Chevron inlay/soap niche detail. We also removed one of the vanities, and created an area for a large soaking tub with wainscoting marble tile. We also added all new cabinetry and of course all of the beautiful fixtures!

Full Home Remodel (2018)

This was an extensive full home remodel completed in Tempe, AZ. The Kitchen used to be towards the front of the house. After some plumbing and electrical moves, we moved the kitchen to the back of the home to create an open concept living space with more usable space! Both bathrooms were entirely remodeled, and we created a zero threshold walk in shower in the master bathroom.

We also added the full wall of shiplap in the living room.

This was an extensive Full Home Remodel. We completely tore out the inside of this home, including several walls, pony walls, the built in entertainment center wall, replaced all windows, created space for new windows and covered up some. A new entrance was created for the hall and guest bedrooms. The living room and Kitchen were opened up to create an Open concept area as well as a Larger space for both, creating more usable space. Master and Guest bathrooms were fully remodeled as well.

Steam Shower (2018)

For this Master Bathroom renovation, we removed the tub/shower swapped the layout to be more functional. Selecting this beautiful free standing tub, the elegant chrome wall mounted tub spout adds some dreamy touches. Incorporating this beautiful glass subway tile for the steam shower and tub wainscot surround was the perfect complement to the large format marble look floor tile. This calm color pallet is soft and elegant, perfect for relaxation!

Full Home (2017)

Mariano & Co remodeled this home from top to bottom. We removed every surface of the original home except for three exterior walls. We added livable square footage as well as a garage that did not exist before and created an attached guest suite with full bathroom.

This sliding glass door shower was created using a Kohler product called Choreograph in the "Chord White" color/style. The Choreograph product was used for the shower walls , shower pan, built in shower accessory wall kit and then we added a Kohler Linear drain to complete the look! Choreograph is made out of Serica®, KOHLER's proprietary composite material. The best part of the Choreograph line, there are no grout lines making it SUPER easy to clean!
